Working as part of the Resort Food & Beverage Team, you will contribute to the general running of the F&B operation by implementing the Resorts standards in the F&B outlets ensuring you give the highest quality of customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Working within any F&B outlet on the Resort you will be required to serve guests, creating a friendly, personalised, and professional service. You will be required to prepare F&B areas prior to service times, whilst keeping your general service area clean and tidy.
  • You will be required to maintain stock levels, prepare cutlery/ crockery prior to service, be completely aware of menu content and promotional activities in all areas, and be able to answer guest queries in a polite and helpful manner.
  • If working within the restaurant and bar you will be required to prepare the restaurant and bar areas prior to service, take and deliver customer orders to include room service, deliver a table service also ensuring tables are cleared in a prompt manner and general housekeeping is maintained.
  • You will need to be committed to ensuring guests receive a first-class quality and professional service to ensure we exceed customer expectations.
  • As a team member, you will demonstrate a positive, friendly, and helpful manner.
  • You must display excellent customer service and communication skills whilst being able to adapt to a range of work situations.

An awareness or a qualification in food safety is advantageous but not essential.

Housekeeping Supervisor

We have an exciting opportunity for a Housekeeping Supervisor following recent expansion of our newly developed Hensol Castle.

Working as part of the Housekeeping team you will coordinate the daily activities ensuring room cleanliness exceeds guest expectations and all guest rooms are back in service before the quoted check-in times.

Main duties include:

  • Inspect guest rooms and other allocated areas to make sure our guests have a great stay
  • Ensure consistency of cleanliness in all guest rooms ensuring attention to detail
  • Work closely with reception and reservations to ensure all guest requests are accurate and put into place. Also acting on guest feedback to improve room standards.
  • Ensure rooms are cleaned to the highest standard within our timescales and rooms are back in service before the allocated check-in times.
  • Work with the housekeeping manager on deep cleaning rotas ensuring each area is covered on a rolling rota.

The ideal candidate will have previous housekeeping supervisory experience or experience in a similar role.

You will be customer focused, have excellent attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills, be a team player, and have excellent leadership and motivational skills.

The role requires flexibility to work between the hours of 7 am- 4 pm, 5 days over 7 days.

Night Manager 

We have an exciting opportunity for a Night Manager following recent expansion of our newly developed Hensol Castle.

An opportunity has arisen for a Night Manager to join our team. Working within Hensol Castle you will be responsible for the smooth operation of the operations at night ensuring complete guest satisfaction.

Main duties include:

  • Lead the running of the Castle, supporting department managers and supervisors
  • Assist in handling guest complaints by investigating and ensuring all are dealt with swiftly and professionally.
  • Monitor the team's performance, identifying training needs and providing guidance when necessary.
  • Achieve the highest level of guest satisfaction and act as a representative of the resort.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in the hospitality industry within a managerial role. You will be a team player committed and driven to achieve high standards and departmental goals, along with being a motivator and be able to stay calm under pressure.  

The role requires you to work 4 on 4 off, 12 hour shifts.
