Atlantic Plastics Team Building Day at Hensol Castle

Surrounded by beautiful grounds and the stunning backdrop of Hensol Castle, the Atlantic Plastics team had the opportunity to step away from their usual working environment, strengthen relationships and enjoy valuable time together outside of the workplace. The spacious castle grounds provided the perfect setting for a range of team-building activities, including duck herding, archery and shooting, encouraging collaboration, friendly competition and plenty of memorable moments.

We caught up with Chloe, who organised Atlantic Plastics’ corporate event, to hear about their experience at Hensol Castle. When asked what made them choose the venue, she shared: “The venue speaks for itself. It gives a wow factor before you even step foot inside.”

As the afternoon drew to a close, the celebrations moved indoors for an elegant jazz-themed evening in our Courtyard Hall, where the room was decorated top to bottom.

Guests enjoyed a delicious dinner before settling in for an evening of live jazz music in one of the castle’s most atmospheric spaces. The event held 67 guests with a gorgeous serpentine table layout, perfect for socialising over dinner. Chloe shared that the evening was “Perfect!  Everyone was helpful, the staff were great, catering was lovely and the space was to a high standard – as always.” The combination of delicious dining, great entertainment, and historic surroundings created a relaxed yet sophisticated setting where colleagues could unwind and celebrate together after an active day.
