The difference is simply the spirit you’ll be creating – choose gin to explore botanicals and flavour combinations, or rum to discover the character and flavours of rum.
Yes! You’ll distil, bottle and label your own 70cl bottle of bespoke gin or rum to take home and enjoy. If you choose the Gin or Rum Making for Two experience, you’ll share one 70cl bottle between two people.
Yes! You’ll have the opportunity to experiment with different flavours and ingredients to create a bespoke spirit that’s unique to you. Our expert team will guide you through the process and help you create a recipe you’ll love.
The experience lasts approximately 2.5 hours, including your arrival drink, distillery tour, tutored tasting, spirit-making experience and final drink in the Distillery Bar.
