Set within the atmospheric cellars of Hensol Castle, this hands-on Gin Making Experience puts you in the distiller’s shoes. Discover a world of botanicals and experiment with different flavours in our Gin School, to create a recipie thats uniquely yours.

With a Gin & Mixer in hand, explore our distillery and the history behind this much loved spirit, before getting hands on with the distilling process, alongside our expeert team. From experimenting with flavours to crafting your own blend, you’ll create a bispoke 70cl bottle of gin to take home! Finish with a well-earned G&T in our atmospheric bar and raise a glass to your new creation.
