Meet the Team

As Hotel Operations Manager, Patrick oversees operations across the whole resort. He loves the variety of working across such a vibrant resort, where every day brings new events, experiences and challenges.

Outside of work, he is kept busy by his two young boys, aged 2 and 5. When there’s a rare moment to switch off, you’ll find him cheering on Newcastle United or settling in for an evening of darts!

As the Manager of Hensol Castle, Haley leads the team and oversees the day-to-day running of the venue, with a focus on creating a warm and memorable experience for every guest. Having initially joined us as our Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, Haley has quickly progressed into her current role and loves developing the team and helping Hensol Castle continue to grow. 

Away from work, Haley enjoys keeping active, getting outdoors, cooking, singing and taking on projects at home – she’s always keeping busy! 

As Head Chef, Dean leads our kitchens, keeping things running smoothly while creating delicious dishes that make every guest experience a memorable one. He enjoys bringing the team together and making sure everyone feels supported.

Away from work, Dean enjoys spending time with his sons, bonding over good food and getting stuck into Warhammer together.

As Senior Sales Executive, Laura loves being part of the journey from “yes” to the big day, helping couples bring their wedding plans to life. She describes her role as fun, fast-paced and rewarding – especially when she gets to work in “the most gorgeous venue in South Wales” (not that she’s biased!). 

Away from work, Laura loves travelling, exploring new coffee shops, pubs and restaurants, and heading out on long walks with her 3-year-old cockapoo, Ralph. 

As Assistant Events Operations Manager, Isobel helps bring each event and wedding to life, making sure every detail feels just as imagined. Her favourite part of the job is meeting different couples and creating personal, memorable celebrations, from room set-up and music to making sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

Outside of work, Isobel is a big fan of live music and can often be found at a concert on her days off.
